Good quality, clear image. No dead or bright pixels. DVI and VGA inputs (NB. no DVI cable supplied). Great value for money. Highly recommended.
I bought this as a cheap replacement for my excellent Sony CRT monitor which gave up the ghost after 7 years of near constant use. This is an excellent monitor for the money,Clear with easy to use controls and dual inputs!!!!
It was easy to set up and has no dead pixels. if lasts as long as my old Sony I will be well pleased
As value for money, I cannot fault this product. I took delivery a month ago and have detected no dead or always-live pixels.
If you are intending to upgrade from a smaller display, be aware that if your graphics card has less than 256Mb RAM, you may need to upgrade that too, in order to use the full 1440 x 900 pixel display. Considering that 1440 x 900 is this monitor's native setting, it manages to give remarkably clear results at non-native lower settings too.
As others have remarked, the integral loudspeakers are very tinny - perfectly OK for speech and system warnings, but nothing else.
Ordered wednesday evening, arrived Friday, mega quick FREE delivery, i honestly did not expect such a good monitor for the money, unpacked plugged in to my Mac and WOW colours are amazing clean crisp and bright added a DVI cable (not supplied) AMAZING better than the Formac one i had my eye on and for a fraction of the price. PS Speakers are *expletive deleted* but who uses them anyway.
Ordered this Wednesday evening at 8PM and received it at 7.50AM the next morning ! Very easy installation. Picture is very crisp and clear. No bad pixels at all. Can definitely recommed this monitor.
I've had this monitor for 5 months now and don't regret it. Bought to replace a 15" CRT. Great price (now even cheaper), looks good, clear picture, no dead pixels. AND A DVI PORT! Get one.
very crisp and clear. No bad pixels at all. Can definitely recommed this monitor.
Brilliant monitor easy to use it even has dvi & vga cant fault it for the price buy it now
This is a good value for money monitor. Drivers for XP x64 are not yet available and consequently the display is not quite up to scratch on systems with this OS, but it seems to work well enough with Vista x32.
One grumble is the location of the control buttons on the right-hand edge of the monitor. There is no key to their function on the face of the frame, so one must swivel the thing around and squint at the buttons. And if you have another monitor to the right of this one, it becomes tedious quickly!
Having said that, it is a good quality display at an irresistable price!
Just replaced my faithful 17" analogue, huge and heavy monitor.
This tiny and light package arrived and there was my new 19" widescreen HannsG.
Connected with the digital connector and what a fantastic revelation.Very little adjustment needed and a brilliant clear and wide picture. Have not tried the sound as I have excellent speakers.
Highly recommended without reservation.
PS I have so much spare room on my desk now!
