Compact Design
The 3G Desk Top Router has a stylish design and includes a stand for vertical orientation. Measuring just 5 x 5.13 x 1.25 Inches (12.1 x 13 x 3.2 cm) and light at just 8.2 ounces!

The Zoom 4501 3G Desk Top Router is a small, but powerful wireless router with features like SPI firewall, VPN Pass-through, remote management, Universal Plug and Play, and other advanced router functions for up to 253 Wi-Fi connections, far higher than the Mi-Fi at just 5. It also supports a wide range of connection approaches to your Internet Service Provider, including static IP, dynamic IP (DHCP client), PPTP, L2TP, PPPoE, and 3G.

Automatic Back Up For Fixed Internet Services
Some users may wish to use the Model 4501 Desk Top Router as an automatic back up to fixed services when at home or in the office. This can be done easily by simply connecting the Zoom 4501 3G Desk Top Router into the Ethernet port of an existing ADSL or Cable modem for an instant mobile broadband backup to your wired Internet connection. To set up the 3G fail-over go to the `basic setup' web page and follow the instructions.
