N stands for Not Working
Reviewed by Robin. Review Posted 11/03/2009
It's easy to set up, but then you have to wonder why you bothered.
The range is good, can't fault it there, but the performance is terrible.
I used this to replace another Netgear router, a standard 802.11g model.
I wish I hadn't. Web pages loaded slower than ever, downloads never got above 50k a second and yet the connection to the router was always fine.
Plugging in the old one again just to be sure it wasn't just my internet connection, webpages once again loaded instantly and my downloads were back up to the 700k a second that I was used to.
Terrible router, a quick search on the internet shows that other people also experience the same thing.
