  The docking station is DisplayLink certified, for Plug and Display compatibility with Windows, ChromeOS and macOS. The KVM docking station enables separate operating systems to be used on the connected host devices, making it possible to use and switch, for example, between a Windows and a Mac laptop. DisplayLink technology also supports extended dual displays on Apple MacBook M1/M2s, which are not natively capable of handling more than one external display. DisplayLink certification guarantees easy connectivity to the docking station and multi-display configuration, with support for resolutions up to 4K 60Hz on both external displays. Perfect for software developers and IT technicians who need access to multiple platforms for testing, or for content creators who use more than one system for different tasks.

• Dual Power Delivery for laptops

  The KVM docking station supports Power Delivery 3.0 and charges both connected computers via USB-C. The docking station supplies 90 W of power to the active host computer and 45 W of power to the second computer. This means that both laptops can be charged simultaneously and quickly, enabling users to keep their devices powered up all day long. Power Delivery eliminates the need for separate charging cables, reducing desktop clutter and simplifying the workspace.

• Complete docking station

  Connect two USB-C computers to this docking station to access a wide range of port connectivity, options and features from both computers. The docking station offers the following features: - 2x DisplayPort ports for dual-display output with support for resolutions up to dual 4K 60Hz. - 2x USB-A (USB 2.0 480Mbps) HID ports for USB peripherals, such as keyboard and mouse. - 2x USB-A and 1x USB-C (USB 3.2 Gen 2 10Gbps) ports for connecting high-speed USB peripherals, such as SSD storage. - 1x Gigabit Ethernet port with WoL (Wake-on-LAN) for wired LAN connection. - 1x 3-position 3.5 mm TRRS jack for stereo audio output. - 1x 2-position 3.5 mm microphone jack for mono audio input. - 2x K-Slots (regular/nano) to attach the docking station with a locking cable (sold separately) for security. This docking station is designed with a mounting scheme that allows it to be mounted with StarTech.com mounting accessories (sold separately). With our mounting accessories, the docking station can easily be attached to the VESA pattern on the back of a monitor or to any flat surface, providing a clutter-free workspace. The mounting pattern guarantees secure attachment, and accessories are easy to install.
