Installation Without Tools
Install the M.2 drive in the tray and insert the tray into the drive bay, no tools required. The drive tray features a power/activity LED indicator to monitor drive status. An optional lockable locking mechanism (2 keys included) prevents theft of mission-critical data storage devices. -
Optimal Performance
The ventilated stainless steel chassis and thermally cushioned tray promote heat dissipation, ensuring optimal, reliable performance and reducing potential thermal throttling. Anti-vibration springs on the tray reduce impact during installation and improve the overall stability and longevity of the hard drive. A low-profile bracket for small form factor systems is included. -
Hot-Swap
Additional drive trays (TR-M2-REMOVABLE-PCIE, coming soon) offer flexibility and convenience in managing multiple M.2 drives. NVMe PCIe hot swap support depends on the motherboard. Check with your motherboard manufacturer for hot swap support, and for instructions on how to enable this feature.
