The PLATE9MHDLP low profile DB9 Serial Slot Plate Adapter Bracket adds a DB9 serial port to the rear panel of small form factor/low profile computer, connecting to the host computer motherboard using a mini style header connector (required by motherboards such as the Intel DG41).
