This NAS includes a Timer ON/OFF function that powers the drive only during programmed time periods. This prevents wasting electricity when the user forgets to turn off the NAS, You can program up to three timer settings. This cuts down on energy waste that results from leaving the power is on after office hours, on days of, or anytime the drive isn't needed.
