• The BT Hub Phone 1020 slots neatly into your BT Home Hub 1 or 1.5 in its own cradle.
• You can use this to make regular calls over your BT phone line, or make the most of it with BT Broadband talk - giving you inclusive calls over the Internet using either the BT Hub Phone (included at no charge for Option 3) or by plugging in your existing touchtone home phone.
• If you have a BT Home Hub 2.0, we strongly recommend you choose a BT Hub Phone 2.1 in order to benefit from the full range of features.
• Connecting a BT Hub Phone 1020 to a BT Home Hub 2.0 will only enable basic call functions and the charger unit must be connected separately to the Hub.

Important - connecting the BT Hub Phone 1020 to BT Home Hub 2.0

You can register BT Hub Phone 1010 and the BT Home Phone 1020 to work with the BT Home Hub 2.0 as additional DECT handsets. However:

1.The charging units of the BT Hub Phone 1010 and 1020 won't connect directly in to the Hub 2.0. To charge the Hub Phones, you'll need the separate mains power supply unit that came with the phones when you bought them. This plugs into the socket in the recess on the underside of the charging cradle.

2.When registered to the BT Home Hub 2.0, the Hub Phone 1010 and 1020 provide basic calling functions (make and receive calls) only. Features such as call waiting, call transfer, internal calls, calls lists and Hi-def sound will not work.

3.The shared address book feature provided by the BT Home Hub 2.0 does not work with Hub Phones 1010 or 1020.
