Supported by the industry's largest base of surveillance applications, it reduces cabling requirements by providing built-in support for Power over Ethernet (IEEE802.3af). It boasts true Day & Night functionality and is capable of motion detection and advanced event handling including pre- and post-alarm image buffering. AXIS 221 delivers superior video quality at up to 60 fps. It supports simultaneous Motion JPEG and MPEG-4, allowing optimization both for image quality and bandwidth efficiency.
