Your Online Finance application has now been processed, but we've not yet received confirmation that your application was successful. As soon as we have an answer, we'll update your order status.

When can I expect a decision?
If your online application is received between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank & Public holidays); 9am and 6pm on Saturday; or 10am and 5pm on Sunday, then in the majority of cases you'll receive a decision within a matter of minutes.

If you submit your application outside of these hours, then you'll likely receive a response the next working day. You'll be sent an email to confirm the status of your application as soon as possible.
