Email address error on registration

If you receive an error message saying "the email address has already been registered", then our system has recognised that the email address in question already exists on our database. It may be that you've previously successfully registered on our system but have either forgotten, or did not realise your registration was successful at the time.

If you think this is the case and you just need your password resending so you can enter the site, then please select the 'Forgotten password?" option at the account log in screen.
