Can I collect my order from you?

In Brief...

• The Business Direct way of doing business, or our 'business model' if you like, is to focus on supplying products via the Internet and via mail order - it's what we're good at! So we don't have a collection facility.
• Although we do have a large warehouse, the stock is in sealed boxes on specially tailored product racking, so for health and safety and security reasons, we can't allow the general public inside.
• We do understand however, that some people may want to physically see and possibly even have a demonstration of the products they'd like to buy. However, such a service would incur high costs and probably have an impact on our prices.
• Our website contains excellent product information, with detailed product specifications which should be sufficient to help you compare products and make your buying decision.
