Why is "Next Day" not shown as a delivery option at the checkout?

  • Why you can't always choose "next day" or other "premium" delivery options such as before 9am or Saturday delivery.

In Brief...

  • When you get to the "Delivery Options" section of our website's checkout, we'll only display the delivery options that are available for your particular order.
  • Although we do offer "next day" and "timed" delivery services such as before 9am or Saturday delivery, they are not available for every order - usually because we can't get your order processed in time for delivery the following day.
  • Generally, we're only able to offer next day delivery to addresses in mainland UK

Further Information
When you order from us, we always endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. If we can, we aim to despatch 'next day delivery' orders on the day we receive them, though this option isn't always available for several reasons.

It may be that there's not enough time for us to process your order, deal with the payment authorisation and then pack the order before the last delivery truck leaves for the day. Another reason may be that we might have a backlog in our warehouse.

We hope this doesn't cause you an inconvenience. We prefer to give you a realistic expectation of the delivery time for your order, rather than disappoint you by promising something which doesn't happen.
