- AIS will assist in linking you in with relevant areas to ensure that everything is covered for salespeople creating a successful launch
- This covers all channels across SME and SoHo

- Have I engaged the readiness team (if this is strategic launch i.e. involving new processes and journeys)

- Raise an appropriate request under the ‘Create Idea’ tab, this can either be project or program led, or a work request
- Each require their own individual work request to be raised - this will be raised by proposition, product or project managers
- AIS should be engaged as early as possible once pre-requisites have been fulfilled - minimum 6-8 weeks before launch (complexity-dependent)
- All of the success criteria in the relevant chapters have been assessed before the Go-No-Go Call
- Go-No-Go call held
- Senior Leadership Team Steerco held and agreed
- Launch agreed, comms briefed out and training undertaken
- Sales Change Board will carry out an impact assessment that will direct you to the relevant chapters in this playbook
- Readiness Managers – If this request is a large strategic project where a new sales process needs designing or significant changes are to be made to an existing process, requestor must engage channel readiness team in the first instance
- Change Board – Manages governance and Impact Assessments
- Channel Deployment – Gathering Subject Matter Experts from channels, forming Readiness tribe
- Channel Improvement – Measuring post-launch success and cataloguing defects
