TeraStation Pro Rackmount WSS Storage Server provides high performance four hard drive RAID based network storage with the power of a Windows Server operating system. Powered by Microsoft Windows Storage Server 2008 R2 Workgroup Edition, TeraStation Pro Rackmount WSS provides seamless capability with Windows computers and servers. The TeraStation Pro Rackmount WSS incorporates the powerful Intel Atom Dual-Core Processor providing class-leading performance, enabling the ability to focus on concurrent tasks with minimal performance degradation: experience maximum network throughput while a replication job runs in the background or perform fast search indexing while an anti-virus scan is occurring. Additionally, TeraStation Pro Rackmount WSS supports full disk encryption and support for NTFS for very specific file-level security. Native Active Directory support provides integration with large Windows networks.
