Description
The days of passing around a cable to share content on a big screen in a meeting are gone. The "Techconnect Select" is an HDMI dongle which fits to an HDMI cable, and plugs into your laptop. When a user is ready to share their screen they just press the SELECT button on the dongle. The "Techconnect Select" sends a control signal back down the HDMI cable to the HDMI switcher which is hidden out of sight.

Instead of passing a cable or reaching for a control device, users can switch right at their PC - no training required. -
Tidy
Attach the HDMI switcher under the table (it comes with mounting ears), feed the cables up through a TechConnect tilt table-mounted faceplate, and all the users see is the HDMI cables. -
TC2-SELECT top any cable
The HDMI cable specification has spare wires for control signals, so any HDMI cable works. The Select uses these wires to get the control signal back to the switcher. -
Confidence
A power light tells the user they are connected and ready to go, and link light shows if you're the active user.
