Description
AegisSAN LX P600Q, boasting Intel Xeon processor, is a 10GbE iSCSI, 6 G SAS high availability RAID system offering high performance and supporting SAS & SATA drives. AegisSAN LX P600Q storage features QiSOE (Qsan hardware iSCSI offload engine) and hardware RAID to boost performance and provide superior IOPS & throughput to process tremendously huge amount of random access data for applications like surveillance, video streaming, backup, etc.
Dual active RAID controllers, redundant power supplies, fan modules, and battery backup modules as well as JBOD expansion - all these included in Qsan's P600Q make the iSCSI RAID storage a high availability system.
For better data protection, the top-notch disk array offers copy-on-write snapshot (QSnap), remote replication (QReplica), and battery backup module (BBM) features. It also delivers multiple paths and load balancing functions such as MPIO, MC/S, Trunking, and LACP to better guarantee the reliability and a robust storage environment.

Qsan SSD caching leverages the strengths of both SSDs and SAS/SATA hard drives to cost-effectively meet both high speed and large capacity requirements. It accelerates application performance by utilizing SSD drive as extended RAID controller cache for hot data while most of the cold data are stored in the hard drives. -
Fast rebuild
Qsan Fast Rebuild only rebuilds the partitions with data. With embedded hardware RAID engine, it can greatly reduce the system loading, minimize the performance impact, and reduce rebuilding time as well. -
Thin provisioning
The Thin provisioning feature provides efficient use of total available capacity, centralized management, data protection, flexible storage planning, and automatic extension when allocated space runs out.
