AD 450 turns all of your documents including bank statements, legal documents, insurance papers, medical records, thick plastic card, business cards, and papers of A4, A5, A6, B5, B6 size at up to 600 dpi in few seconds and saves in a predefined location. With the preferential printing format, the user can scan the documents in searchable PDF format and save it. After the cards or the documents are scanned the user can extract requisite information from the scanned image and upload those into the CRM or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) for improvement of work efficiency.

Three custom buttons design
The three custom buttons design of AD450 makes the work of the users much easier by not resetting the scanner again for scanning into various file and image formats. The users choose from predefined scanning modes including, searchable PDF, JPG, BMP and store the scanned images in a predefined folder. He also does justice to the business cards by scanning them using the BCR button helping the addressed to be organized for his future use. -
Able to scan plastic cards
Unlike the other scanners available in the market, the unique feature of AD450 is that it can scan thick plastic cards including patients' insurance cards, bank ID cards, hotel reception cards, car rental cards, driving licenses, credit and debit cards, etc. very easily. -

AD450 is very compact and does not need much space at all. It can be used indoor as well as at the outdoor locations with equal ease. Power source is also not at all an issue as it works on the USB bus power of a laptops or when stationary can be operated by an AC adapter plugging on to the electric socket.
