The USB Micro-B to HDMI SlimPort Adapter allows you to connect the USB Micro-B port of a SlimPort-enabled smartphone, tablet or other mobile device to a HDMI-equipped TV, monitor or projector supporting high resolution video up to 1080p and 7.1 channel digital audio, depending on the capabilities of both the mobile device and the display. Watch your favourite tv shows, stream high definition movies and live sports, play games and view digital content on the connected display – straight from your device. SlimPort technology makes this connection easy and does not require a driver, software or lengthy setup time. Simply connect the adapter to the Micro-B port on the SlimPort-enabled mobile device, then use a standard HDMI cable (not included) to connect from the HDMI port of the adapter to the display for a straightforward installation. Connecting a separate USB A to Micro-B cable (not included) to the adapter is not required for operation of the adapter, but may be used to charge the mobile device whilst in use.
