Only one criticisim

I like being able to customise all features via the handset display, the fact I can change the remote pin and still use my Plantronics headset with fixed pin, great that not all the built in ring tones are shrill and feel 'urgent' to answer. The fact that my partner does not have to hear my answer machine answering when I am out as the volume can be turned down to zero.
The one criticism is that the speaker on the base for replaying messages sounds muffled, as if there is something covering the speaker.
Apart from that one thing I like the phone very much and would buy again.
