Excellent cable, high quality plastic used to insulate the case, and the heads are durable, with easy bendable ends to ensure no strain on cable when fitted in tight places.
I havent used CAT5 on a gigabit network so I cant tell you on any speed differences compared to this CAT6.
Highly Recommended.
