A noticeably innovative trackpad
A new way to use the trackpad also debuts on the MacBook: Force Touch. Press the trackpad anywhere and the click is always immediate and smooth. Beneath the surface, pressure sensors detect the intensity of touch to give you new interactions. And the extended click opens up a world of new functions: you can look up a word definition on the fly or preview a file, just by clicking and holding. Not only that, the trackpad responds to touch with haptic feedback, a vibration that lets you feel under your fingers what you see on the screen. And you can still use all the Multi-Touch gestures you already love. You and your Mac will understand each other with one finger. -
