What is it?
Once you have bought product protection, you simply do not need to worry about paying for repairs or call out fees should your product develop a fault.
What does Product Protection actually cover?
Repairs or replacement costs following mechanical or electrical breakdown.
Are all costs paid for?
Yes. Call out, labour, transportation and replacement parts and VAT.
How do I make a claim?
First Year - You simply call the manufacturer (numbers provided with product once purchased) if the fault occurs. Or in years two and three you call the number included with your welcome pack and we'll take care of the rest.
Who are the administrators of the scheme?
We use specialists in warranty administration and claims management; and offer exemplarily levels of customer service and are always there to help if you have any queries regarding the cover provided.
Who carries out repairs?
Repairs are carried out by your local authorised service agent or product manufacturer who will be equipped and trained to provide the required service.
What if the product cannot be repaired?
If this is the case, or it is beyond economical repair the plan will cover the cost of a replacement product, matching the specification of the original product.
Who pays for any service costs?
The warranty will cover all services costs and will pay your repairer directly; there is nothing for you to pay. Once you have taken to the cover you can be assured of complete protection.
Are there any exclusions?
Yes, but kept to a sensible minimum. The PC or Laptop must have been purchase from us, and cover does not include cleaning, batteries, misuse or accidental breakage and the like. Unfortunately we can also only cover the UK Mainland under this policy at present.
What happens when I order the product?
You will receive an email requesting the serial number of the machine to be covered - once you have completed this form your Warranty documentation will be sent to you.
