The MC342dn delivers professional quality and reliability for micro businesses or home office workers that require print, scan, copy and fax functionality. Color print speeds of 20 ppm and mono print speeds of 22 ppm, provides the user with the flexibility to manage their documents in-house.

The MC342dn offers as standard, duplex printing, scanning/copying, automatic RADF, and superior quality high definition color and mono A4 printing.

    Management and printing of your documents is so much simpler, combining high definition color printing with tools that give you the ability to create a full range of documents in-house, allowing you to effectively manage what you print and when you print it. Print business cards, banners (up to 1320 mm), leaflets, presentations, booklets, CD/DVD labels and more, on a range of paper up to 220 gsm.

    Providing sharp, fast and accurate scanning, enabling you to digitize your documents clearly and with ease. Scan directly to a USB or network TWAIN, whilst LDAP provides direct access to contact and email data from an existing directory server.

    It combines LED scanning and printing for clear, sharp and fast results, offering superior and simple copying through an easy to use user interface with one touch buttons for all functions. Save regular copy settings and with ID copy you can copy double sided ID cards on a single side.

    The MC342dn is built on award winning digital LED technology that is inherently energy efficient with many features and functions that reduce your ongoing costs, including eco, deep sleep and auto off modes, that reduces energy consumption to 0.5 W when not in use.

  • Mobile printing

    Connect to a network, wireless or web-enabled printer through a smartphone or tablet. This printer is compatible with Cortado Workplace and ePrint from Microtech Corp, enabling remote printing from anywhere in the world, without having to connect directly to a printing device.
