Awesome

Fantastic, expensive, great. Had it working in minutes. Range is greater than my old D Link 11g. I had to put that in the loft but this one has greater range from the bedroom. Good set up utility, lots of features and fast. Unfortunately shipment was delayed by 6 days whilst Dabs sorted out the security check they have imposed on my Visa card. Card was always OK before and everywhere else. After many emails and conflicting information the hold was cleared after 6 days. Dabs said there was no error in processing the order so presumably this could happen again.

Fantastic router
Reviewed by Matt. Review Posted 25/01/2009
I purchased this router to replace my old Belkin-F5D72314. My network was performing adequately up until the point when I added an Xbox-360 into the mix of connected devices (already connected were two desktops and a laptop). The Belkin was a nightmare to configure for Xbox Live. I decided it was time to upgrade, and chose the D-Link DIR-655 due to its vast array of advanced features and also because it is Xbox Live certified. I must say this router didn’t disappoint, on the contrary, it actually exceeded my expectations. I currently have; two desktops, two Xbox 360’s, and one laptop - all connected to the Internet via this router. Everything runs smoothly, even when the Xbox’s are connected to Live. It was as simple as enabling DHCP on the router to get both Xbox’s online. I use the advanced QoS feature to ensure http traffic gets priority, which is a great to allow everyone Internet access at all times. All in all, I highly recommend this router to anyone with a busy home network.

Excellent upgrade from my belkin g router (still working but slow).
Advantage of 4 gigabit internal network connection as well as excellent wifi(have to use WPA security setting) otherwise will only use g speeds.
Setup was simple without cd .
Hopefully wont need 11 year warranty.
