Using with Diverse Repeater

I will be very surprised if anyone at BT looks at this. I have commented on their lack of knowledge and incorrect descriptions in the past to no avail.Their technical helpline tells me that i need to buy the PLUS (+) version of the range. They do not offer this version. I bought the R version and was happy to find that it was indeed the PLUS version. I tried to alert BT to their error but have yet to receive any reply or acknowledgement. Now they have listed ALL Diverse phones as R versions. I originally purchased an answering machine and an additional handset. The answering machine was supplied but not the handset which was out of stock. Several months later, the additional handset was 'discontinued' Now I have a phone with only one handset which was intended the be used as a 2 phone or 3 phone multi handset system and is not fit for the purpose it was purchased for. NO ONE WITHIN BT IS BOTHERED. I bet this review will never go on public display.
