Overview

Like our Short Haul Data Services (for connection between sites less than 45Km apart), BT Ethernet Connect UK allows direct connection of sites to create a really secure private network capable of carrying voice, data and video at speeds of 10Mbps, 100Mbps or 1,000Mbps (1Gbps).

Directly connect sites based anywhere in the UK

But unlike SHDS where sites must be within 45Km of each other, geographical proximity isn’t a limiting factor with this service. In fact, sites can be located anywhere in the UK whilst two, three, four or even more sites can be connected.

But what if one or more of your sites is outside of the UK?

If one or more of the sites you wish to connect are in another country, then consider BT IP Connect which offers IP VNP connectivity with global reach.
