But for less critical kit like laptops, desktop PCs and tablets, you'll probably find that one of these cost effective break/fix maintenance solutions fits the bill perfectly. Choose either:

• Next business day on-site response service:
  If you go for our on-site response service, an engineer will arrive on-site the next business day and where possible, will fix the problem there and then (calls must be logged before 3pm the previous business day). Where a fix isn’t possible because a non-carried part is required, then a mutually agreeable return visit will be arranged at the earliest possible time.
• 5 business day collect and return service:
  For collect and return, we’ll endeavour to pick up, repair and return your fixed laptop, desktop PC or tablet PC back to your site within five working days.

As you'd expect, call out fees, labour, transportation charges and the cost of replacement parts are all included in the price*.
